Contract Terms
Ultraviolet Events (UVE) and Artists are not responsible for any disruptions caused by illness, accidents, transportation issues, acts of nature, riots, strikes, epidemics, emergencies, governmental actions, or any other circumstances outside UVE's or the Artists' control. If bad weather prevents the event from occurring but the Artist(s) (or UVE, if applicable) is on-site and prepared to perform, the terms of the contract remain binding on the Purchaser. The Purchaser acknowledges that Artists are independent contractors and agrees not to hold UVE responsible for any actions, failures, or breaches by the Artists.

Should the Purchaser cancel the agreement more than 180 days before the event, the deposit will serve as liquidated damages. If the Purchaser cancels within 180 days of the event, they must pay the full remaining balance. In the event of an Artist cancellation, UVE will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. If no replacement is found, UVE will refund all deposits and payments made.
