The band requires meals on the day of the event. Ideally served with to-go containers in the event of time constraints.

Overtime rates may be agreed upon in the contract or determined by the band on the event day if not pre-specified.

The agreed compensation assumes that the band will have access to the stage area at least 3 hours before the start of the performance. Additional charges may apply if this condition is not met.

The band will need notice of a 1-2 hour time (depending on package size) in the reception area where the band is able to soundcheck at full performance volume without interfering with ceremony, cocktail hour or other events.

The band will need a 4x6 area in the middle, back, or side of the reception area for our tech table.

The stage must be shaded (if outdoors), hard, flat, and at least 10 feet deep by 20 feet long. It must also have a dedicated grounded outlet (20 amp minimum) within 20 feet. The band cannot perform on grass or dirt.

If the band is to perform the first dance, the song title and artist must be provided at least 45 days in advance along with the client’s details sheet and itinerary. In the event the band is unable to perform a special request, pre-recorded music will be available.

Aside from special dances (first dance, parent dances, etc.), the band will select their performance material, considering the client's preferences and allowing for MUST PLAY and DO NOT PLAY selections from our provided playlist.

No guests are allowed to use the band's equipment without prior written consent, except for a wireless microphone for toasts and blessings.

The band will only play recorded music in the same area where they are set up. Additional sound systems are available at extra cost per request.

If a cocktail hour performance is requested, it will last approximately 45-60 minutes to ensure readiness for the reception. The band will need time to set up and tear down between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception events.

Please provide the name of the person responsible for handling the final payment to the band, which must be made before the performance in cash or by certified bank check. Credit card payments must be paid in full prior to the event and will not be accepted on the day of the event.
